Message from Dean

Our international conference on "Economics and Leadership: Activating a Collective Vision of a Better Tomorrow" has my heartfelt welcome. Leading minds from around the world will gather for two days of plenary sessions, discussions, presentations, and networking opportunities at the 2022 Leadership Summit. You will get the chance to think critically about the future of action in the world and the difficulties that good leadership must overcome. I firmly believe that anyone can pick up a set of leadership-related abilities and a leadership mindset. Organizations need to be flexible and adaptable to keep up with a constantly shifting corporate environment. Leadership that is flexible, agile, and inclusive is required in this changing environment. The Daffodil Leadership Summit will be held on December 3–4, 2022, at Daffodil International University's Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship (FBE). The Summit strives to foster students' leadership abilities and set high standards for leadership. The Summit will benefit people who want to lead and those in leadership roles in society. I also want to thank all the organizers and my best wishes for a good and fruitful conference. I'm looking forward to sharing new and exciting findings at a fantastic conference in Bangladesh with top leadership practitioners from many nations worldwide.
