Leadership is about serving others in a way that enhances communities and individual lives. The song "Lean on Me" by Bill Withers could be the theme song for this point of view. According to the Greater Happy philosophy, making decisions that ensure a happy existence for future generations is the goal of leadership. Leadership is the capacity to inspire a team to achieve a common goal. Although it's common to talk about business leadership, it may also apply to your style of living. Leadership is defined as influencing, inspiring, and assisting people in becoming their best selves while developing skills and attaining goals. To be a leader, you don't have to be a CEO, manager, or team leader. Leadership is a set of abilities and a mindset that everyone can learn. Organizations must be spontaneous and adaptable to stay up with an ever-changing business climate. In this changing climate, adaptive, agile, and inclusive leadership is required. Recognizing the challenges, Daffodil International University's Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship (FBE) will host the Daffodil Leadership Summit on December 3-4, 2022. The Summit aims to develop students' leadership qualities and establish leadership standards of excellence. The Summit will benefit both individuals who desire to be leaders and those already in leadership positions in society. The Summit has two parts:

1. Industry Leadership and Awards
2. International Academic Conference on the Leadership

The two-day leadership summit will cover contemporary leadership and capacity-building issues, featuring local and international speakers from industries and academics. The Summit aims to promote a better understanding of leadership in relation to different areas of business, entrepreneurship, and education. This Summit will organize a Conference that encourages the exchange of ideas and experiences among experts from the academic and economic system and their cooperation with the students. The participants are invited to provide new perspectives on leadership in the context of modern business and to present new research from the above-mentioned thematic areas.
